Security that evolves with the way you work today

The use of computers and the Internet has changed significantly in recent years. Online banking, email, cloud services, and digital record-keeping have become part of everyday life.

That is why I do not view managed computer security as a standalone software package, but rather as a combination of settings, monitoring, and clear agreements.

Why Traditional Security Is No Longer Always Enough

The way we use computers has changed significantly in recent years.
We do much more online: banking, administrative tasks, communication, and file storage are now almost entirely digital.

Whereas simple security measures used to be sufficient, that is no longer always the case today.
Not because everything has suddenly become insecure, but because computers are used more intensively and are more connected to the internet than ever before.

That is why, in many situations, it is no longer enough to simply “install an antivirus program somewhere.”
Security today requires a well-thought-out approach, proper configurations, and clear agreements on follow-up.
That is why I now also offer managed computer security services.

What do I mean by managed computer security?

Managed computer security doesn’t mean simply installing “an antivirus program” on a device and calling it a day.

It means that security is set up correctly from the start, continues to function automatically, and that it’s clear from the outset who is responsible for what.
Not as many alerts as possible, but a computer that works reliably and doesn’t require extra attention.

To me, security isn’t a standalone product, but rather something that’s integrated into the way I’ve been working for years: with clear agreements, follow-up, and a single point of contact.

What does that mean, specifically?

  • Proper security configuration from the start
  • Automatic scans and updates that are carried out effectively
  • Clarity on responsibilities: What do you handle yourself, and what do I handle?
  • A single point of contact who understands your IT environment and helps you monitor it

You decide for yourself how far the monitoring goes, depending on your situation and how you use your computer.

What does security mean in everyday use?

For many people, a “good” computer mainly means one that simply does what it’s supposed to do, without requiring constant attention.

Security plays an important role in this, but should never take center stage or make the product difficult to use.

A computer is only truly reliable when security supports it, rather than hinders it.

  • The computer runs smoothly and without any glitches
  • Nothing strange or unexpected happens
  • Files remain secure and accessible
  • You won’t receive constant alerts or disruptive notifications
  • The computer doesn’t require constant attention

This is the principle I follow for every security solution.

What exactly is being monitored?

Cybersecurity often sounds technical, but in practice, it involves clear and well-defined issues.

Managed computer security involves, among other things, monitoring the following:

  • whether the security features are working properly on the device
  • whether scans and updates are proceeding as planned
  • whether any suspicious activity or network attempts are detected
  • whether there are any warnings that require attention

Depending on the plan you choose, this follow-up is either fully automated or actively monitored by me.

Privacy and Discretion

Security doesn’t mean that I’ll just go looking through your files or reading the contents of your documents.

I monitor technical security alerts and the overall status of security.
The contents of files, emails, or documents are not viewed.

Technical review is conducted only when there is a specific problem, and only to the extent necessary to resolve it—without analyzing the content.

Discretion and confidentiality are not just extras here, but fundamental principles.
Files and data are treated as if they were confidential information.

Security Tailored to Your Situation

Choose the security plan that best fits how you use your computer and how much you want to manage it yourself.
From automatic protection to active support, always with clear terms.

Security Plan

For individuals and self-employed people who want to keep their devices well-secured without the need for active monitoring.

What happens automatically?

  • Malware and Phishing Protection
  • Ransomware Protection
  • Firewall and Basic Network Protection
  • Weekly Quick Scan
  • Monthly full scan

What is my role in this plan?

  • Proper Installation and Configuration
  • Verify that everything continues to function properly from a technical standpoint
  • Basic Monitoring of Overall Operations

Alerts are not actively monitored.
The security system provides automatic protection, but alerts are not proactively followed up on.

This plan is often sufficient for individuals who want to work with peace of mind.

Security Plan Pro

For professional use and situations where the stakes are higher.

This plan is intended for those who:

  • wants an IT professional to be part of the team
  • does not wish to follow up on or interpret it himself
  • works with sensitive or important data

What happens automatically?

  • Everything from the Security Plan
  • Advanced Threat Detection
  • More Comprehensive Network Protection

What else am I doing as part of this plan?

  • Active Monitoring of Alerts
  • Analysis and Interpretation of Reports
  • Make adjustments as needed
  • Recommendations for Safe Use
  • Priority in the Event of Incidents

Here, security is not only implemented but also actively managed.

What should you—and shouldn’t you—expect?

I don’t promise absolute security.
Any system can be compromised at some point—IT and security are constantly evolving.

What you can expect, however, is proper and well-thought-out security, clear agreements, and follow-up in accordance with the chosen plan.
If something suspicious happens, we’ll assess the situation and determine the best way to handle it. If necessary, this will be done in consultation with specialized security partners.

Interventions or additional work outside the agreed-upon scope will always be discussed in advance and, if applicable, billed separately.

That way, you’ll always know where you stand—no surprises.

Installation in Practice

Installation always begins with proper preparation of the unit.
Next, the security settings are configured correctly and linked to the management platform.

Specifically, the installation includes:

  • Checking the device and its basic settings
  • proper security configuration
  • integration with the management and monitoring platform
  • post-installation inspection

After installation, the security system is active and ready for use, according to the selected plan.

Follow-up is proceeding as planned

Monitoring is carried out according to the selected plan: Security Plan or Security Plan Pro.

Depending on that plan, the follow-up includes:

  • automatic updates and scheduled scans
  • technical check to ensure that everything continues to function properly
  • whether or not warnings are actively followed up on
  • support within the agreed scope

When there are multiple devices, monitoring is conveniently centralized.
In addition, a discount applies to the annual monitoring fee for multiple devices.

When is this offer a good deal?

Managed computer security is particularly useful in situations where you don’t want to react after the fact, but would rather prevent problems.

  • when purchasing a new PC or laptop
  • When starting out as a self-employed person
  • before major changes or expansions
  • if you want peace of mind and confidence, without having to keep track of everything yourself

Prevention is always more effective than solving problems after the fact.

Questions about computer security?

Are you unsure which Security Plan best suits your situation, or would you like to first assess what makes sense for you?
I personally take the time to explain everything clearly—with no obligations or sales pressure.
